.Q: Some of my guests are older than 12 years old. Are they allowed to jump?

A: Yes! We allow all children and adults to participate, but we do ask that the older children be cautious of the younger children.

Q: What if I have more children than allowed in the packages?

A: You will be charged an additional $10 fee for each child on a basic package, $12 per child on a complete, and $14 per child on a Bear party.

Q: Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc.?

A: Yes! Your party includes your own professional Party Coordinator to set up,

serve pizza, cake, drinks and assist you with everything you may need.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?

A: You can bring your own Birthday Cake or cupcakes. But no other food or drink ma be brought in. Pizza, ice cream, sodas, bottled water, juice boxes and more can be ordered when you reserve your party. We also have drink vending machines. All food and drinks must be consumed only in our private party room. Absolutely no other outside food may be brought in.

Q: Can I bring alcohol for the adults?

A: No alcohol is allowed in our facility.

Q. Can I bring confetti, piñatas or hang streamers?

A. Our party rooms are already decorated; therefore we ask that nothing be hung on the walls.  No piñatas, confetti or silly string will be allowed.

Q: When do I need to arrive?

A: It is very possible that there will be another party ahead of yours in the bounce room.  We ask that you and your guests arrive no more than 5 minutes before your party time. This will allow time to sign the waiver.

Q: Do I need to bring my own paper products?

A: For your convenience we provide generic plates, napkins and forks.

Q: What if I want a themed party?

A: Feel free to bring your own paper products for any theme you choose, but our party packages are all-inclusive and no deductions will be made.

Q: What comes in your “Mega Fun Pack” Goody Bags?

A: Our Goody Bags are $3.00 each and include a bag filled with a variety or toys and activity items, (i.e. Clapping Hand, Paddle and a Ball, Yo-yo, Glow-in-the dark items, Coloring Pads, Crayons, Candy,etc. ) Contents of each bag may vary.

Q: What if I want more than a 2-hour party?

A: Generally, parties are only allowed two hours. You may purchase as many two hour party sessions back-to-back as you would like. We also offer "Own The Zone" Private Parties for special events, family parties and other celebrations.

Q: Is cake included in your party packages?

A: Yes, a freshly baked and personalized cake with your child’s name is included in the COMPLETE packages only. Or we can provide the cake for your BASIC party at an additional cost. Ice cream is also available.

Q: What if I want to bring my own cake?

A: You may bring your own cake or cupcakes. Don't forget the cake cutter and candles!

Q: How many parties will be going on at the time of my party?

A: Your party will have private use of the bounce room for the first hour and 15 minutes. YOU OWN THE BOUNCE ZONE!  Then your guests will move to your private party room for the final 45 minutes to open presents and eat cake and pizza (if ordered). In order to keep each party private, we do not allow use of the party room during your bounce time and you will NOT be allowed to re-enter the bounce room after your party time.

Q: Am I allowed to tip the Party Coordinators?

A: Absolutely. We allow and encourage tipping your Party Coordinator.

Every member of our staff is trained and expected to help your party run smoothly, so feel free to tip generously.

Q: Will I be charged for sibilings, infants and small children attending the party?

A: Any child that is 1 year and older will be added to the guest list of the party.

Q: What do I have to do to reserve a party?

A: All of our packages require a $100 deposit (no times are held without a deposit).

 We accept cash, checks and Visa or Master Card. We charge a fee of $30 for returned checks.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: No, all party deposits are non-refundable, but they will be applied toward the total cost of your party. Feel free to call if you have any questions concerning our policies.

Q: Does Big Bounce Party Zone rent bounce houses?

A: Yes. Big Bounce Party Zone also rents fun bounce houses, moonwalks  and inflatables for your backyard party. Give us a call for prices and information.

Q: Are you available only for Birthday Parties?

A: We are available for Fundraisers, Moms Groups, Field Trips , Family Gatherings, and any other kind of celebration. We also offer "Open Bounce" days.
